1. Service-Based Work
All services provided are labor and material-based construction services. Once work has begun or materials have been ordered, refunds are generally not available.

2. Deposits
Deposits are used to reserve labor, equipment, and materials for your project. These deposits are typically non-refundable once scheduling, procurement, or preparation has begun.

3. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a cancellation is made before any materials are purchased or work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative, planning, or scheduling costs incurred.

4. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide corrective solutions rather than refunds.

5. Weather & Project Delays
Due to the nature of construction work, weather conditions or site conditions may affect scheduling. Delays caused by such factors do not qualify for refunds.
