Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

At Altobelli Construction, we understand that project plans may change due to scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are managed for all construction and specialty trade services.

1. Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel a scheduled project by providing at least 48–72 hours’ notice prior to the agreed start date. Cancellations made after labor, materials, or equipment have been scheduled may be subject to administrative or preparation costs.

2. Deposits: Certain projects may require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and materials. Deposits ensure that labor, equipment, and resources are reserved specifically for your project.

3. Rescheduling: We offer flexible rescheduling based on availability. Weather conditions or site readiness may require project date adjustments to ensure safe and high-quality results.

4. Weather Delays: Outdoor construction work may be affected by weather conditions. Altobelli Construction reserves the right to delay or reschedule work to ensure safety and proper execution.
